I have an idea how to avoid misunderstandings in correlation and order between the tasks of development and testing in the planning. Maybe you find this idea useful. I am suggesting to use table like you see below. In my opinion it gives us visibility of order and duration for each user story in the sprint. It gives understanding if we manage to deliver user stories developed by each person and if we have enough time for testing.
